10/10
It’s a reliable, comfortable option for business trips or family visits, with easy access to commercial areas, shops, and major transport routes. The welcome feels warm, and the hotel is clean and inviting. Rooms are spacious, with AC, Wi-Fi, clean bedding, and well-kept washrooms. Housekeeping kept things tidy, and the staff were polite, quick to respond, and helpful. The restaurant serves fresh, good-quality food, with Indian, Chinese, and simple continental choices. Breakfast was on time and the portions were satisfying. There’s secure, convenient parking for guests arriving by car. Coal Capital Hotel may not have high-end luxury amenities, but the cleanliness, service, and hospitality make it good value. A dependable place to stay in Dhanbad for work or leisure.

The hotel is around 1.5 km from Dhanbad Jn Railway Station, in the Matkuriya area. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, and have all the amenities. The bathroom is big and clean, room service is quick, and the tariff includes a complimentary breakfast with plenty of menu choices. Check-in was smooth, reception staff answered all my questions, and there’s a lift. The travel desk can arrange a rental car for sightseeing. There’s a restaurant and bar on the first floor, but the food is very expensive. I was very satisfied with my stay and recommend the hotel.

The food was fantastic, even though I found it a little pricey. I stayed here recently and would vouch for the place. The manager and reception staff were genuinely kind, and room service was quick to bring what I ordered.
