The hotel may not even be operating. A colleague booked a room at Red Rose Hotel on my suggestion after finding it on Booking.com, but when he arrived, nobody was there. He got their mobile number from a neighbor and received an ill-mannered response. That was completely unexpected after booking through Booking.com. He was in a difficult situation, unable to get the room despite paying online in advance because the hotel wasn’t functional. Please don’t choose this hotel.

Please don’t stay here. I booked through Oyo rooms, where the listing said the rooms had wifi and a geyser, but the room provided had neither. It was freezing, and my senior-citizen father had to leave for the train station without a bath. The room was dirty, and the sheets and pillow covers hadn’t been changed. They smelled bad, and the sheet was soiled with cigarette ash holes in it. The bathroom was tiny and smelly, and there were insects and spider webs in the room. My father had a very unpleasant stay.

I paid the manager the booking amount, but after taking it, he wouldn't let me stay. His manner was rude and the way he spoke was poor. I want the money I paid him returned. A really bad experience at this hotel. I don't want to come back or have anyone else come here. Chiiiiiiiii.

Not every room has a geyser, and the food quality wasn't very good. The bread was especially bad on 21/12/21.
