I liked the place. Amazing ambience, good service and great food.

4/10
The rooms are good and service is okay, but I got an electric shock in the bathroom. I reported it, yet the problem wasn't fixed during the four days I stayed. Renovation is going on right now, and we also saw a big rat near the sitting area, around shoulder height rather than on the ground. That felt unhygienic.

I came for dinner today and got no response from the receptionist or waiter. The service was very bad. The food cost a lot and tasted below average.

The staff were friendly and the service was very good.

The rooms were okay, and the bathing area was hygienic. I stopped here overnight while on a long journey. One thing I personally disliked was being charged 30rs for toothpaste and a toothbrush. I just couldn't believe it.
