I liked the room’s basic cleanliness and construction, and it had all the essential facilities. But the hotel doesn’t use its real name on Booking.com and keeps changing the name there, which is confusing. There were no clear directions for reaching the property, either. Even though the whole place was empty, they wouldn’t give me a room on a higher floor.

The valley view from the property is breathtaking, and the hospitality made the stay even more pleasant. Viren, the owner, is kind, calm, and welcoming. I highly recommend visiting and staying here when you go to McLeod Ganj.

Viren at reception was so polite and humble, and helped make our trip memorable. The hospitality was awesome, the rooms were very clean, and we had a good mountain view from the balcony.

From December 28-31, my family and I stayed at Hotel Classic Hills in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. They took very good care of all of us. It was a great experience, with prompt, professional service.
