The room was in poor shape, with broken switchboards, a TV that wouldn't turn on, and insects crawling around. The bedsheets smelled terrible and seemed unwashed. Cleanliness and basic upkeep were clearly lacking. When we asked for a jug of water, staff told us to fetch it ourselves, and they were extremely rude and unprofessional throughout. It felt like they had no interest in doing their jobs. At check-in, we asked to leave our bags at reception while we went on the Triund trek. Staff agreed and said it would be free, but later demanded ₹200, which felt dishonest and forceful. Paying ₹1000 for a room doesn't make these basic needs luxury expectations, clean bedding, drinking water, working facilities, and respectful service are minimum requirements. The owner seriously needs to train the staff in customer service. They wouldn't accept feedback or take responsibility for problems, and instead argued with guests. I'd strongly advise others to stay away if comfort, hygiene, and respectful treatment matter to you. A very disappointing stay, not worth the money.

The spacious rooms were clean and had 2 double beds, and the views were great. It's close to the city center and all amenities. Staff were excellent and really helpful, going out of their way for customers. Room service was great too, and you can order food at almost any time. My experience here was a 10 star.

The cleaning really stood out. The lady responsible did a great job, put things where they belonged, and even folded our clothes that were scattered across the bed and chairs. The staff were helpful and the food was quite decent too. We stayed for 5-6 days, and I worked at the office for 2 days from here. The WiFi is available but isn't great, so I'd suggest not relying on it. Apart from that, it's a nice, budget-friendly hotel with decent service and a lovely mountain view from the common balcony. A very nice place for a holiday.

The rooms are spacious, and I'd recommend choosing one with a balcony for the awesome view. Room service was efficient, too. It's quite affordable compared with other properties in the area and close to the main market. I've attached pics of the view from the balcony.

The view was amazing, and the rooms were really large and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and they booked all our tours at a reasonable price. A very nice place to stay.
