My family couldn't feel comfortable using the shared areas or even stepping out of our room. Guests were openly drinking alcohol in the common spaces, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and inappropriate. Management seemed to have no effective way to keep the place family-friendly, with little control or supervision. I would strongly advise families against booking this property.

The washroom was clean, and the manager and coworkers were very polite. Food was good too. The rooms are a little small, though they're well furnished.

From my October 2020 trip, I remember a nice experience. The hotel is in a good location, and the rooms were clean and good quality. Hot and cold water were available in the morning, and we had delicious breakfast and Dinner.

The main downside was the toilet exhaust going straight into the corridor, so it smelled horrible at times. Otherwise, the rooms were spacious, with hot water and clean bathrooms. It's very close to the parking area in baksu and about 2 kms from mcleodganj bus stand.
