Room service was prompt, and the food was better than I expected. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, was courteous and attentive, and happy to help. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, with modern amenities and a very comfortable bed. I especially liked the window view and cool breeze in the morning. I had a comfortable, enjoyable stay at Starwud Kotagge and would recommend it for its hospitality and service.

The peaceful views from my room were a welcome break from everyday life. At Hotel Starwud Kottage, the room was spotless, spacious, and nicely decorated, and the property was beautifully maintained. The staff were attentive and did more than expected to make me comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dom Stay felt like a real gem, with comfort, luxury, and a personal touch. I can’t wait to return.

The host and staff were really kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean. We’d planned to stay four days but ended up extending to eight. Great location, and they can provide breakfast and drinking water. Absolutely recommend.

The rooms were clean, but the hotel was under renovation and kitchen service wasn’t available. They should make the renovation status clear. The sloping approach makes it difficult for a car to reach the gate, so I wouldn’t recommend it for senior citizens.

I can speak personally to how seriously proprietor Mr. Sood takes guest safety and comfort. Two friends were staying there, and when I couldn’t reach them for a whole day, I became genuinely worried. I contacted him, and he responded immediately, then acted quickly and thoughtfully to check on their well-being. I highly recommend this place.
