The whole team was kind and polite, from management through housekeeping and the kitchen. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel was neat and clean, and I especially want to thank Ratesh, Ishant, Manu, and the ladies from housekeeping.

We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back. It’s a quiet, serene location, and the staff are so hospitable they make you feel special. They have detox water at reception, which I found really refreshing, especially while staying with kids.

The restaurant was a highlight for me, with a nice choice of dishes that were fresh, flavorful, and well presented. The location is excellent too, making it easy to get to nearby attractions, markets, and transport. I recently stayed here and was very impressed with the experience overall.

The rooms were comfortable, modern, and clean, with the essential amenities for a pleasant stay. Hotel Inclover also has a great position in Dharamshala, with stunning views of the Dhauladhar mountains and the town below. The staff were courteous and professional, and made sure guests felt at home. The in-house restaurant serves delicious food, and the rooftop dining area has a lovely atmosphere, especially in the evenings.

We got two rooms, and both had a bad smell and noise coming from the service room. The staff were trying their best, but didn’t seem capable. The rooms themselves were clean and tidy. I should add that the hotel looks like a mall converted into a hotel.
