Hotel Jhankar Palace

Chef Gautam Gauri deserves special thanks for tasty food that was presented nicely and enjoyed by all our guests. Floor Manager Akshay Gauri was also warm and quick to help, and made people feel looked after. At Hotel Jhankar Palace, the team handled our wedding alongside other guests with good coordination and attention to detail, so the celebration went smoothly and felt stress-free. Thanks to the whole Jhankar Palace team. I’d recommend it for weddings and special events.

For a wedding or other event, I wouldn’t choose Hotel Jhankar Palace. They only provide the open area for functions, charge very high rates for it, and the tent costs extra. The staff politely turn down requests and don’t cooperate with clients. Mr. Sharma says he’ll help as much as he can, but doesn’t actually follow through. The hotel is fine for accommodation and an overnight stay, though.

Amol Gavli was so enthusiastic and helpful that he even took a few photos for us. Thanks to him and the rest of the staff for being kind and supportive. The hotel itself was neat, clean, and hygienic, and serves vegetarian food only, which adds to its peaceful, pure feel. A very good place to stay 👌👌. Thank you 🙏🙏

The food was good, and the person at reception was nice, but the rest of the staff didn’t seem trained. They were talking loudly right outside the rooms. For a charge of around 4-5k, there wasn’t even a kettle in the room, and the pool they promise is outside the property. The place doesn’t provide the services it charges for, and room service was pathetic.
