The rooms were clean, the hotel was beautifully kept, and the service was outstanding. We had a wonderful time at Aditya Residency Dibrugarh, and special thanks to (FO) for looking after us so well. His professional, thoughtful hospitality made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout. Thanks to all the staff ☺️

Room 302 had a broken AC and a lighting problem. The room wasn't cleaned, the bedsheets and pillow cover had been used, and the blanket was dirty. Staff were careless, so management should train them to improve service quality. The food was a very bad experience too: they served spoiled food at star hotel prices. For that price, the food quality deserves negative marks.

The bedsheets and pillow covers looked used, and they still weren't changed when I asked. I also had to call staff to clean the washbasins because they were dirty when I checked in. There was poor ventilation in the washrooms, and I kept smelling cigarette smoke in there for no clear reason. It wasn't a pleasant stay for me.

The restaurant food was good, and the staff were really courteous. I had a comfortable, very nice stay, with impeccable service. Keep up the good work!
