Hotel Sea Coast

The checkout was delayed because nobody was at reception, and I waited about 30 minutes. Earlier, the bathroom clothes hanger gave me electric shocks. I called reception five or six times to report it, then the manager told me to either leave and get a refund or use a shared bathroom on another floor. Very careless service. One of the worst hotels I’ve seen.

The rooms weren’t clean, the food was bad, and staff asked for extra tip money when I checked out. I don’t want to stay here again.

The rooms are large and clean, but there’s no Wi-Fi coverage and maintenance is lacking. Plaster is coming off the walls, and even basic things like bathroom soap and shampoo are missing. There are just two plug points near the TV, none by the bed. For the nightly rate, it doesn’t feel worth it.

Don’t be taken in by the fancy photos online. The hotel wasn’t nearly as clean, maintained, or decorated as they suggest. The management seemed to care very little: the curtains were dirty, furniture was broken, and the toilet was both dirty and leaking. Someone vomited in the lobby and it stayed there for three days. Plates, towels, and food were left outside rooms with nobody cleaning them. Reception charged a hefty booking amount, though the rooms didn’t feel worth even 500rs a day. There were cockroaches flying around the restaurant, so I wouldn’t eat there. I’ve included photos to show what I mean.
