The owner told us the beach was only a four-minute walk when we called to book, but it's actually a kilometre away. We looked online for Jharna Guest House and went there, then were told it wasn't Jharna Guest House but Jharna Inn. That was the first time we stayed at Jharna Inn Hotel, and we quickly learned how much the guest house owner could lie. Such a very, very bad experience, everyone lied so much.

The rooms are small, but at 250Rs/per night for an AC deluxe room on the second floor in May, it was an amazing deal. The manager was friendly and helpful. You do have to tell them when you want the room cleaned. I had a good stay.

The New Digha sea beach is about a 15-minute walk away. I booked an AC room for three people at ₹1100/night with breakfast included, but they didn't provide breakfast even after I called. The AC also wasn't working properly, and I had to keep calling reception to get it checked.

Jharna geaust hose is a useful place near helipad moidan, opposite toytrain park. They have 20 AC and non-AC rooms, plus kitchen facilities. The staff are well behaved, and there's a tea and coffee stall too.
