The washroom and bedsheets were dirty. I was also charged extra for a tap that was already broken before I used the room, and staff insisted I was responsible despite my explanation. Some staff were rude and unprofessional instead of listening or looking into it fairly. A girl at reception misbehaved with me. I found the whole experience very disappointing and would strongly advise people not to choose this hotel. It felt like a scam.

We had a great family weekend. The suite was clean and roomy, and the staff were very accommodating. The kids especially loved the pool. A perfect getaway spot!

The bathroom water stayed very hot all day even though the geyser switch was off. The first-floor bathroom door was broken, the AC didn't work, and the noise from the hotel's plywood work was excessive. I suggest people avoid staying here.

I went with six other people and we had a family room. The ambience was decent, around 7/10, and the rooms and washroom were good, but the service was 1/10. Staff didn't pay attention, and workers other than the waiter kept asking for excessive tips. The waiter was the only nice one. We were also privately charged 300 by staff for a small stain on the sheets. We had an absolutely rubbish experience, including what felt like paranormal activity in the room, which was really abnormal.
