I stayed here during transit and found it peaceful and hassle free. The hot water worked properly, and there’s a dedicated smoking place, which was convenient. My room was cozy and clean, and the staff were helpful. A good option for a short stop or transit stay.

One of the housekeeping staff, a girl who was especially kind, polite, and helpful, made us feel welcome and well looked after. We had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again.

Ms. Lee made my time in Hanoi special. She looked after me from the moment I arrived, arranged fantastic tours so I could explore Hanoi and beyond easily, and paid attention to everything I needed. Her kindness and professionalism made me feel welcome, almost like family. The Pilgrim Boutique is charming and comfortable, and its location is perfect. Highly recommend!
I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, and both times were positive. The rates are lower than at other hotels in town. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but easy to reach, and the rooms are clean and well cared for, with fresh linen. There’s no restaurant as such, though breakfast can be arranged on request. When the power goes out, they always have a genset and don’t hesitate to start it up.
