The reception service and staff behavior were very poor. Some rooms are good, but when you prebook, they seem to give you the worst ones and say you’ve been upgraded to premium. If you complain, they show you another even worse room, so you end up having to adjust. They didn’t provide bath towels or other necessary items unless we asked, and there was no hot water. I had planned three days in Kodaikanal but left the property after one day. I’d never recommend booking here.

The hospitality was really good, and the hotel had a lovely ambience. I had a comfortable stay and a very good experience. I’d confidently recommend it to anyone planning a visit in the future. It’s definitely a good place to stay.

The hotel is in a good spot near the lake, and our room was spacious with a nice view. They upgraded us for free. There was no mosquito net on the windows, though, so we couldn’t leave them open at night, especially since the room had no AC.

Only a two minute walk from Kodai lake, with shops and restaurants nearby. It’s a peaceful, lovely stay and easy on the budget. Families and couples looking to stay near the lake should consider this place.
