We stayed four nights and had a really bad experience. After a day there, I got severe food poisoning and had to be admitted to hospital. The food was a major problem: vegetables were stale or poorly cooked, especially the smelly oats and eggs; the first night's non-veg dinner was undercooked, the dals were too spicy despite us saying so, and the kitchdhi was undercooked twice. Leftovers, including oats and watery curd, were kept in the fridge and served again through the summer until finished. Housekeeping also fell short. The hand wash was empty, towels were dirty, and bedsheets weren't changed unless we asked. We had to keep reminding them about water and glasses. Some bedrooms had no dressing table or TV. There was also a lot of interference from the owners, which made it hard to enjoy family time on holiday.

My wife needed emergency treatment after food poisoning and was admitted to Livasa Hoshiarpur, a local hospital. With housekeeping below the expected standard and the owners staying in the complex, there was no sense of exclusivity. For the price, it wasn't worth it, and I wouldn't recommend it to guests expecting good food and class.

Restaurant reviews have become an important source of business for eateries of every size. If the food is good, getting people to review it should be straightforward. One fun fact: each extra star can bring a 5-9% increase in restaurant sales.

It felt like everything was taken care of just the way you'd want, with a smile. The staff were polite and well trained in hospitality, and clearly knew their jobs. A dream of an experience, honestly, just what the doctor ordered. You really have to experience it yourself. ❤️
