The dinner service was good, and the place itself was neat and clean, though our room smelled unpleasant. Breakfast was buffet only and cost ₹150. The taste was good, but for that price it was a lot to pay for just idli, mini dosa, chutney, sambar, and bread.

I’m writing this while staying here. The rooms smell strange, and the bathrooms aren’t hygienic. We ordered food and were told it would take 20 minutes, but it arrived after 50. It tasted awful. It was raining, so we had to eat at the hotel. When I raised a food issue, the restaurant manager, Anthony, threatened me. The hotel management supported AhōLe(Anthony). I’d avoid this hotel if you’re planning a visit to Kodaikanal.

The rooms were clean, and both the service and location were good. The food quality needs improvement, and in such cold weather they should have hot water available all day.

This was booked through a KSTDC package. The rooms were spacious, but they weren’t clean or well organized, and there was no hot water for bathing. The switchboard was already broken. A pathetic experience.

The room and bathroom smelled awful, and the bathroom was broken too. One of the worst hotels in Kodaikanal, it spoiled our whole trip.
