The window had a lovely view, and the amenities felt modern. Staff were friendly and quick to help when I asked. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. A relaxing stay and good value for the money.

The breakfast is home-cooked style and complimentary, and it's a must-try. Dinner was good too. I tried only the vegetarian options, though the non-veg dishes looked fresh and tasty. This is a decent place to stay if you want to explore Kodaikanal, but not the spot to choose if you mainly want to relax and enjoy the weather at the hotel.

The room was dirty and smelly, with poor bathroom water, no WiFi, and a TV that didn't work. They didn't give us clean drinking water either. When I complained, they turned on the motor and told me to adjust, which was no response for a guest who needs help. The room service was poor, and nobody was around at night. I stayed with my kids, and as soon as we arrived they asked for extra money. They charged 1550 plus another 500 for the kids, which is unacceptable for a room in that condition. The so-called manager was extremely rude and refused to give me the owner's number. This is one of the dirtiest and worst managed hotels I've seen. If you're travelling with family or kids, avoid it completely. Worst room and worst service I've come across.

The rooms are okay, and staff respond quickly when asked, which is good. But you have to remind them about water shortages and hot water. The bathroom door in room 2202 was broken, so the smell reached the room. After checkout, I asked to use the washroom, and they said there wasn't one downstairs. The restaurant food wasn't good, so it's better to order from outside.
