Hotel Pragya by OYO Rooms

I booked two rooms through Oyo ten days before arriving, but when I got to the hotel around 6 AM, the manager said they wouldn't accept Oyo bookings. He said I could get a room only by paying double the Oyo rate. They weren't helpful at all, and it felt like they were trying to make money unfairly. A terrible experience, and not a family hotel. There were only couples staying there. If you book through Oyo, expect them to reject it and tell you to book at the reception instead.

The rooms and linen were dirty, and D2H had no recharge. The pictures on OYO and other platforms don't match the rooms, and it seems the management is fooling people by uploading the wrong images. I wouldn't recommend it for families or friends. OYO has lost its image by registering a property like this. Don't waste your money.

I've never seen an Oyo hotel like this. The owner cheats people: after you book a room, they switch you from an AC room to one that feels like a butcher house. You can check for yourself, they have rooms like that. The hotel is a *c HOTSPOT*, though that's not the main issue.

The rooms looked very different from the photos, and the hotel was extremely disappointing. Don't waste your money.
