The food was good, which is why I gave it two stars, but there were several cockroaches moving around the restaurant. It was disgusting. The plates are quite expensive, and I’m fine with paying that when the food is good, but the price should also cover service, atmosphere, and above all hygiene. If they can’t maintain that, there’s no point. I was extremely disappointed.

We went to lunch as a pair and were given ₹119 bottled water without being asked. Other customers got ₹20 Kinley, and the water alone was nearly 20% of our bill. This feels deceptive and unethical, and it’s shameful for a restaurant of this stature.

The food has gotten much worse, and the restaurant doesn’t offer much beyond its glass roof and side view. It’s not especially affordable either.

The complimentary breakfast was a real highlight, with the option to order anything from the choices available. The restaurant food was good, and the rooms were spacious. It’s a nice hotel in a good location, and I’d choose to stay here again.

The rooftop restaurant, Skydine, was a highlight for its good food and pleasant atmosphere. Delta Suites, Durgapur is right in City Centre near Junction Mall, handy for shopping and eating out. My room was clean and comfortable, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The staff were polite and helpful, but breakfast service could be slow and the choices were limited. It was a good value stay for my short business trip or a family visit.
