Hotel Nilay

The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of choices, and the Wi-Fi was fast. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with the amenities I needed and good bedding. The location made it easy to get around and reach nearby attractions. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nilaya@Dwarka. From arrival, the staff were warm and attentive. Thanks to manager Mr. Biswas for such wonderful service. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting and would happily return on my next trip.

I paid and booked through make my trip expecting the basics, but even water bottles and toiletries weren't provided. The towels weren't clean, the bed sheets were very dirty, and the room itself needed cleaning. Tea and coffee took an hour to arrive. There was no service to speak of, and the stay wasn't worth the money. I'm very disappointed. makemytrip needs to take care of this kind of service.

The room had a foul, pretty bad smell, and the walls showed a lot of damp, with rising moisture coming through. The fan blades were bent and had bugs on them. The sheets and towels were stained too. They charge too much while the owner doesn't seem to maintain the rooms in good shape.

The Wi-Fi didn't work. When I mentioned it, the front desk boy said his mobile network was 100 times better and suggested I use that instead. That sums up how unprofessional the people were. Breakfast was included for one day, yet we had to eat in their dirty basement restaurant, which wasn't fit for sitting. Tables were filthy, there was no buffet, and the staff didn't even ask what we'd like. Tea service was just as bad: open cups on a dirty, spilled-on tray. The next morning, at 8:00 AM, they said the restaurant had run out of milk and couldn't make tea. Is that professional? The room's table and chairs looked like they came from the Stone Age. These people are completely opportunistic. Pathetic service and the worst hotel experience I've had.
