Your rooms, food, and location are all good, and you've invested in building a good hotel. But a hotel is like a white elephant: easy to buy, hard to maintain. Try staying overnight at your own property and you'll see the problem for yourself. I'm not blaming the staff, they're all good. The cleanliness and hygiene need attention, and that will only be possible with a good housekeeping team. Thanks and regards, Hotelier

The rooms were clean and nice, and the bathroom shower was great. The fridge was switched on but didn't work, and when I asked reception for plain drinking water, they weren't very receptive and didn't provide it. I wasn't asking for anything special. Even so, the rest of the stay was good. The hotel is close to Dwarkadhish temple and the shops, and there are nearby restaurants where you can try kathaiywadi thali.

We tried several dishes, including veg biryani, manchow and sweet corn soups, idli sambar, a veg cheese sandwich, and gulab jamun. The food was really good, and the restaurant looks great. Service took a little while, but the staff were helpful and even arranged a cab for our sightseeing. After several days of eating elsewhere, this was a good dinner.

After our Dwarka Darshan on 22nd December, my fiancée, sister, and I stopped at Hotel Park Royal for breakfast. We enjoyed the food, both the taste and quality. We went on to Bet Dwarka and returned home today, only to realize we'd left our photographs at the hotel. I called the team, and they promptly sent them over. I really appreciate the staff's honesty, cooperation, and help. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Park Royal for looking after us. Highly recommended.

We ate at the hotel two nights in a row because the food was delicious and everything we ordered was well prepared. There's a broad menu, and the service was good, with attentive staff. Our room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities available. The staff were accommodating, too. The hotel is very close to Dwarkadhish temple, which made the location especially convenient.
