We reached around 4 AM, knowing it was early, and only asked to use a washroom to freshen up. They refused. We waited patiently for almost two hours in the reception area in scorching heat, with no AC or fan, and nobody helped. Then they told us the room wouldn’t be ready until 12 PM and we’d have to keep waiting in the same uncomfortable area. We decided to change hotels, but they also refused to refund our advance booking amount. The staff were extremely rude and showed no respect for customers. At a hotel in a holy place, we expected basic support for pilgrims and travelers, but were treated very poorly instead. I’d strongly advise others to avoid it. A completely disastrous experience. I’d give zero stars if that were possible.

The in-house restaurant served good food, and their Aloo Jeera was some of the best we’ve tasted in Gujarat. There are also plenty of eateries nearby. We found the hotel with help from our auto driver during our visit to Dwarka, and as a family we had a comfortable stay in a clean family room with fresh linen and a decent bathroom with basic toiletries. The staff were polite and accommodating, and we had no major issues. The Dwarkadheesh Temple is within walking distance, which makes the location convenient. Prices were a little high, probably because it was peak Navratri season, but overall it was a comfortable stay close to the main attractions.

The staff were caring and helpful, and the stay felt like good value. The in-house restaurant is expensive, though. Food quality was so-so and portions were small. Overall, I’d rate the hospitality around 7 out of 10.

We usually stay here and have booked the whole hotel. We got our dwaja people here. The rooms are good, the owners are good, and the service is good too. The kitchen needs better hygiene.
