The staff and rooms were good, and the bathrooms were clean. The TV worked and everything was fine. At 3000-4000 inr, it’s a nice hotel. I know there are negative reviews, but I think they’re 6-7 years old and no longer reflect the hotel, which has changed completely. That’s my impression because it’s just opposite.

There was no power backup, and when the electricity went out, management gave no proper explanation or solution. That’s unacceptable for a hotel. The staff were also outright rude and unprofessional, with no basic courtesy or willingness to help. We felt treated like an inconvenience instead of valued guests. A very disappointing experience, with poor service and no hospitality standards. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable, respectful stay.

The rooms and service were great, and the hotel was well maintained. Prices are good and affordable, too. It’s a good hotel, though a little far from the temple.

The room itself was good, but the staff member with glasses was extremely rude and, in my view, fraudulent. I’d already spoken with him about the extra hours, yet he charged me a full day for staying two hours longer. There was no humanity.
