The location is convenient and the rooms are neat, but the services fell short. There's no intercom to reach reception, and they don't serve anything, not even tea or coffee. The room only had a bottle of water, plus a towel, soap and shampoo. The toilets are small, though there is hot water.

Having a 24-hour checkout was really handy as a traveler, and the room was decent for the price. The upkeep needs attention, though. The bathroom felt cramped and wasn't maintained well, and I saw stains on the bed linen. Cleanliness was only average. A bit more care with hygiene would make this much better value.

The room was spacious, which is why I gave it 2 for the rooms, and both the air-conditioning and hot water worked well around the clock. But the place was poorly maintained. The blanket smelled of cigarettes, there was cigarette smoke in the atmosphere, and no towel had been provided. The rooms and ambience need more care to keep them neat and tidy.

The price was reasonable, and the staff behaved very well.

The lobby was spotless, and the AC worked perfectly. I stayed one night with my elderly Mom, and she was comfortable. There's a lift, and the hotel is very close to Ernakulam town railway station, with restaurants and shopping nearby.
