The location was nice, and I liked the visit overall, but the food and service were both just average. I went there for a small event. It felt like a one-time visit for me.

11/10/2025: We held Bhagwan Shyam kirten here. The place had a nice ambiance, and the staff treated us well. The vegetarian food was very good. We gave Mr Tuhin and all the staff of ROYAL HOTEL a Radhe Shyam ji photo as a small thank-you.

The food was quite good and satisfying: chowmein, chilli chicken, bharta, gulab jamun, and butter naan, arranged by our company and served from the hotel kitchen. We were there for a company meeting on the top floor. It’s a compact room that seems right for 20-25 people, but not a larger gathering. Hotel Royal Heights is right on James Long Sarani, which is convenient. The rooms looked decent and reasonably maintained, though I didn’t stay overnight. I’m unsure whether there’s hotel parking for cars. Our parking was arranged in a nearby lane, and it worked, but didn’t seem to be an official hotel facility. A decent option for a small meeting, with good food and average rooms.
