Hotel Seven Lights

Dinu and Aswin gave us great service, and the whole F&B team kept supporting us. We also really enjoyed breakfast. We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Seven Lights and will recommend it to our friends and family for accommodation in Kochi. Thanks again 🙂

It’s on a quiet street away from the main road, and I’d stay here again. The room was clean, the AC worked well, and they cleaned daily. The manager, reception, and other staff were very helpful. There’s a dental clinic in the same building, and they can help arrange dental services if needed. A mosque is nearby and prayers can be heard early some mornings, though definitely not every day.

The rooms are clean and well maintained, but I had a worrying key mix-up at @hotelsevenlights. The receptionist gave us the wrong key, and we opened a room with a guest inside. They were shocked. When we went back to reception, we were told sorry, but I don’t know what kind of apology that was. I was then given another key, but I had booked a premium room and couldn’t tell what room they’d assigned me. I didn’t ask the receptionist because he didn’t seem to know either. That key issue was the bad part of my stay.
