We had a great visit a few days ago. The food tasted good, and the staff were polite, helpful, and professional, with a personal touch to the service throughout. General Manager Nityanand Mondal gave us generous support and made us feel very welcome. We’d recommend the hotel to anyone heading to Pune soon.

We were there over Diwali and had a lovely time in this heritage villa. If you’re coming as two families, I’d suggest taking the first floor. The owner couple were helpful the whole way, and they also arranged our Munnar stay without any personal interest in it. Breakfast and all the service were very nice. The first-floor double room even brought back the feel of the old DD serial Byomkesh Bakshi. We’ll come back.

The quiet setting, heritage atmosphere, helpful hosts, and closeness to the main landmarks make this place worth seeing. This is a 130-year-old mansion, so the stay has a different feel, and it works well for a night or two. The rooms could have been better, though, and having a caretaker around in the daytime for basic needs would help. We had to work things out ourselves much of the time.

Stella and Sebastian, the friendly couple who run this traditional property, were very warm and helpful during our group stay. We had clean, roomy, comfortable rooms, and breakfast was included, with Kerala dishes. It’s about 2-3 km from Kadavantara Metro, and autos are available nearby. I’d recommend it for groups of up to 15.
