Parking is available, and there's a restaurant with room service. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, with a lift as well. Customer service was good and the interactions were friendly. A good value choice for stays longer than two days. Wheelchair accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly, but not pet friendly.

Nidheesh at reception was especially helpful, always polite and professional, and quick to respond with a smile. The hotel had a peaceful feel that suited a business or leisure stay. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and I had a wonderful time at Paulson Park Hotel. Great hospitality, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I spent the night being bitten by mosquitoes and couldn't sleep. I kept asking for help at Paulson Park, but no proper assistance came, and I ended up with a fever and severe discomfort. It was one of the worst stays I've had. MakeMyTrip's customer support was careless and unresponsive. They had taken full payment but did nothing useful to resolve the problem, and their management took no responsibility. I felt abandoned after booking through them. In my experience, OYO provides much better service, responding and trying to sort out customer issues. With MakeMyTrip, it felt like once they had your money, you were on your own. My health got worse because of what happened, and I'm seriously considering filing a consumer court complaint. If you want a hassle-free, healthy stay, think twice before booking through MakeMyTrip. My experience was that they didn't fulfill their duty, yet were happy to take the money even when I became sick.

For a simple, neat and hassle-free stay in Kochi, this is a good budget-friendly option. The location is convenient for travellers and easy to reach. I spent one night at Paulson Park Hotel, and the clean, well-kept room made for a comfortable stay. Staff were polite and helpful, and responded quickly when I needed something.
