I lost my money and couldn’t even raise a complaint about it. The experience was awful, and I’m really disappointed. When I got to the location, there was no hotel there. I didn’t stay, so I can’t review the stay itself. I’ll never book a room here again. I hope this review helps.

Not recommended. Finding the hotel is difficult, and they often don’t answer the phone. When you do find the property, there may be nobody there, and it feels like a haunted place. There’s a second number on-site, but when you call it, they demand extra payment for the room. They attract people with a low tariff and keep the payment. Getting a refund after complaining is very difficult, so people may give up and they keep the money. They’re frauds.

The rooms were bad and not clean. Staff were rude when asking me for more money, then banged loudly on my door about two hours before checkout. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve stayed in plenty of places, but nowhere else have I had such a bad experience. They asked me for more money, and the rooms were very bad. It’s a total fraud, a scam. Don’t waste your money.

The service was awful. They won’t accept an online booking and will ask for more money when you arrive. Even if it’s your only option, this hotel is a bad idea.
