The room I was given was in poor condition and its overall ambience fell below acceptable hospitality standards. Several parts of the walls were unpainted, making the space look unfinished and neglected. These problems affected my comfort and my stay overall.

Really bad experience. The bathroom had a foul smell, the room wasn’t clean, and there was no proper electrical supply. I spent about 3 hours in the room without a fan, AC, or even one light. When I asked to move to another room, the staff member was very rude. He said the electrical problem wasn’t his mistake, so he couldn’t give me another room. Rating is a big zero.

I booked two rooms for five people for one day through Agoda because the listing clearly said 24-hour check-in. My guests were due to arrive early in the morning, so that detail mattered. When we got there, the manager, Devi, said they didn’t offer 24-hour check-in because “this is OYO” and blamed me. She said it was Agoda’s mistake, not hers or the property’s, since Agoda is a “3rd party app.” She also said she had many hotels and that I could complain to Agoda if I wanted. Even though the listing was misleading, they charged an extra ₹2000 for early check-in, ₹1000 per room, and refused to refund it. The rooms were dirty, the lock was damaged, and the AC didn’t work. Cleanliness and maintenance were very poor, and both the staff and manager were extremely rude and unprofessional, with no customer service skills. When I pointed out that I’d booked because of the advertised 24-hour check-in, Devi dismissed it and said they “can’t do anything.” This property misleads customers, overcharges, and treats guests poorly. Avoid at all costs.

Good atmosphere, hygienic and well managed. The people there are good, and it’s near the metro station.
