The toilet was covered in dirt, and the bed and blankets were filthy too, with blood stains and broken bangles on them. The place was extremely dirty and unhygienic, with shady, uncooperative staff. This place felt like hell. Run for your life and don't book it.
There was no breakfast, and the staff and reception manager seemed illiterate. The manager doesn't know how to speak to guests. It was a very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.
I had a paid booking, RGXI5047, but the reception staff at OYO 45947 ARAVALI RESIDENCY asked me for an extra Rs. 1000/- on top of the hotel charges. They seemed to think I had no other option once I arrived, and I was embarrassed. OYO didn't step in or take any stringent action against this hotel. Don't book this hotel through OYO, because they ask for extra money when you get there.
Getting towels, soap, water or the TV remote took two or three requests. Even then, I had to go to the reception desk in person instead of getting help through room service.
The bathroom doors were broken, and food service wasn't timely. The bedsheets and blankets weren't clean. Just okay.
