FabHotel Black Pepper- Nr. Batra Heart & Multispecialty Hospital Faridabad

Arjun, Raj and Rahul looked after me really well during my stay, and the staff were polite and efficient. The room was very clean, the sheets were neat, and the washroom was good. They provided soap and a towel, and cleaned the room every day. I came all the way from Kerala and had a great stay. Keep it up.

We spent three days here and the whole family enjoyed it. The place is newly built with lovely interiors, and its cleanliness made a great first impression. The staff were professional and supportive, the food was good, and the service was attentive and efficient. It was also good value for money. Everything about our stay felt exceptional.

The hotel was clean and neat, and the staff were friendly and supportive. A good place to stay.

My room was new, but the facilities and hospitality were very poor. I booked a week with breakfast, yet there was none available on the second morning, and no nearby hotels either. I struggled to find breakfast and tea. I had to argue with the owner to get breakfast from the third day on, and even then there was no tea. The nearest hotel is 1.2 km away, so otherwise you have to rely on nearby trolley vendors. Room service was very poor, and there wasn't even a chair in the room. FAB should think twice before contracting places like this, or it risks damaging its goodwill and trust.
