Every request, whether big or small, was handled quickly and with a smile. Our guests kept telling us how well they were looked after and how smoothly everything went. The team’s hospitality made us feel special and kept our wedding day stress-free. We recently celebrated at Golden Galaxy Hotels & Resorts, Ballabgarh, and the experience was incredible. Dhruv & Shailesh took great care of our guests. Dheeraj, Insiya & Team did the décor and event management, Manish provided the entertainment, Chefs Tekchand, Pawan & Team made delicious food, and Akash handled the beverages smoothly. If you want an end-to-end wedding experience without the stress, this is the place. We couldn’t have asked for more, highly recommended! 💛

The venue has almost no network reception, which made it extremely difficult to coordinate with guests and vendors during such an important event. The service was pathetic, staff coordination was weak, and management was unavailable when we needed them. We booked Golden Galaxy Resort & Hotel for my sister’s wedding after clear promises of 15 guest rooms, flexible catering, smooth coordination, and hassle-free arrangements. As the dates got closer, they suddenly said they could provide only 6 rooms. There was no solution or responsibility, just last-minute panic for the family. They also demanded cork charges and separate liquor licenses for every function, something that hadn’t been clearly communicated when we booked. It felt like an attempt to get more money once we were committed. The worst part was dealing with the owner, Himanshu Bhatia. His lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic commitment set the tone for the whole disaster. If leadership reflects service standards, this is a clear example of how not to run a wedding venue. They make big promises to close the deal and fail when it matters. Think twice before booking.

We recently hosted our wedding at Golden Galaxy Hotels & Resorts, Ballabgarh, and the experience was phenomenal. Dhruv & Shailesh looked after our guests so well. Dheeraj, Insiya & the décor/event management team created a stunning setup and managed every detail beautifully. Manish gave us an amazing entertainment experience, Chefs Tekchand, Pawan & their team served absolutely delicious food, and Akash kept the beverages section running smoothly without a hiccup.

The decor vendor was the biggest disappointment. We worked with Dheeraj, and although the setup looked good to our guests, many agreed details were missing or changed without telling us. He charged 25% of the total decor amount taken by Golden Galaxy, but the result fell far short of what we expected. He wouldn’t change curtains, adjust placements, or make improvements, saying our events were “back-to-back.” I’d personally rate him 0/5. It was the only reason we were upset during an otherwise lovely wedding. This isn’t directly Golden Galaxy’s fault, but they make it their responsibility by allowing only one or two decor vendors and not permitting outside vendors. They should bring in more options so couples aren’t stuck with someone unprofessional. The food was consistently amazing, and we didn’t have to worry about its taste or quality. We booked the venue for two days and planned four events. The rooms were clean, spacious, and probably the best in Faridabad for comfort and appearance. If Golden Galaxy had more rooms, I’d call it the best venue in the area. Shailesh and Dhruv were professional, reachable, quick to act, and always available to keep things on time. A Sushi or Dimsum counter should be arranged with the chef ahead of time, and they’ll handle it well. The entertainment vendor, Manish, had fixed pricing with no negotiation, but was flexible and easy to work with. One brief discussion before the event was enough, and it all went smoothly. Some of the strict rules felt frustrating. During check-in, a guest got their room, but staff couldn’t arrange someone to take their luggage. When the guest offered to carry it themself, the receptionist said it wasn’t allowed. That felt needlessly rigid and rude. Across the events, we regularly had 15% of the plates left unused, but for the final event they wouldn’t provide just 2 more plates. Small adjustments like that could be handled better. Golden Galaxy is a good venue with lovely rooms, excellent food, and a strong management team. More flexibility and a wider choice of decor vendors would make it even better and could make it Faridabad’s best wedding venue. Would I recommend it? Yes, definitely.
