I stayed for six days. The room and bed were clean and good, and the AC worked very well. The TV worked too, though one remote was missing its batteries, so I used the batteries from the AC remote. Chilled water was available when we asked the staff for it. There was no food, so I ordered through Swiggy and Zomato. Cleaning wasn't something the staff took much responsibility for, and I had to ask them to clean the room. The toilet wasn't very clean either. Laundry wasn't available, so I had to wash my clothes myself and leave them on the roof to dry.

The room was tiny, the washroom smelled awful, and only two TV channels worked. When we arrived, there was no water supply, and they told us to wait about two hours for it to return. The menu prices were much too high, and the staff were casual and unhelpful. My worst Oyo experience!

The staff get up late, so we had to ask them to make tea. Laundry service wasn't proper, and food prices were very high for the service. There was just one room key, so if we wanted the room cleaned, we had to leave it at reception.

My friends went there for a birthday celebration. At checkout, they were told to pay Rs 1200 because, according to the Oyo staff, there were flower stains on the bedsheet. The staff also behaved badly toward my friend. One of them said they'd come to his home if he didn't pay then and there. It's shameful that Oyo hires staff like this. I'd give zero stars, but Google only lets you start at one.

There was no water for flushing, a basic need they failed to meet. The place was unhygienic and unclean, and the receptionist seemed greedy. This was the worst hotel and service I can imagine. Don't check in unless you have no other choice.
