There isn't a restaurant, though they help arrange outside food, which is costly. The kitchen also needs to be kept cleaner, and there's no laundry service. Work on the building was still incomplete at the time, and people were slow to respond. The location isn't very good either. Service needs improvement. I'd advise the owner to visit all the areas and check that they're clean.

Finding the place on my first day was difficult because there was no hotel signboard, and I couldn't see any OYO sign anywhere. It felt more like a deserted building than a hotel, and the atmosphere was pathetic. There was no bathroom water for two full days, and power cuts were frequent. I never want to stay there again.

The management said they couldn't offer a room at the price shown when I booked through the OYO app because the fare was too low. They said I could stay at another nearby property, but it would cost 1000. I booked at the listed price, so that wasn't my fault. It was a totally bad experience, and there were supposedly no rooms available at reception.

I booked a room for 449 through the OYO app, but the staff wanted 1000 instead. The app showed one price and they asked for another, which was disgusting. Very bad hotel, with staff charging far more than the listed price. Please be careful. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. Thank you.

There are no meals or snacks at the hotel, and the service is very slow. Staff aren't well mannered or adequate, and the receptionist seems uninterested in speaking to customers, let alone treating them politely. They sell brown tap water in bottles as drinking water.
