The rooms are spacious, and the staff were cooperative and behaved well. But cleanliness is a serious concern. The toilet wasn't clean, and when I returned to the room, it looked like no cleaning had been done. Food traces left on the floor even made it easy to remember what I'd eaten on the first or second day. It's still somewhere you could consider, but the cleanliness put me off.

The halls felt unsafe, with drunk people calling out for women. The room basics were just as bad: bathrooms were extremely dirty, bedsheets were stained as if they hadn't been washed, geysers didn't work in several rooms, and one balcony door wouldn't lock. Cleanliness and basic services were nowhere to be found. When we went to book, the staff showed us what they called their best room, which was still third class, and promised to clean up and make the rooms presentable. They didn't do it. Basic hospitality and hotel management were missing. I've never had such a horrible, horrifying experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you care about your safety and basic needs, go somewhere else.

This may save money, but don't expect service. The toilets were dirty and smelled terrible, as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The rooms weren't cleaned, and the doona and blanket had stains. After we complained, we were told we'd be moved to another room, but deciding and switching took almost six hours and wasted the whole day. The cleaning staff weren't trained, so we had to tell them what to clean and how.

The prices are much too high for what you get, and I found the place useless. The rooms were filthy and the staff rude. They kept switching off the AC and making excuses. There was no water in the bathroom for bathing or flushing, and the door locks were defective. I even got locked in the washroom once. Worst experience.
