We had to leave immediately and find another place after discovering there was no water or electricity in the room. The hotel authorities hadn't told us about either issue at check-in. I've had to call OYO three times about getting the booking amount refunded, and I'm still trying to get it back. OYO should avoid partnering with hotels like this.

I couldn't stay even an hour and moved to another hotel. The AC didn't work and the electricity kept fluctuating. Nothing about the room was okay. It was the worst room I've ever seen. Travellers, please don't waste time even going to see it. Oyo, please remove hotels like this, they bring down your ratings 😡😡😡🤬

There's no service, and the room is in terrible condition. The staff behave badly.

The staff at reception weren't wearing masks when I went last month. The hotel was so unhygienic: stained blankets, a dirty towel, a filthy washroom, no washroom supplies, and an unclean toilet. There was no water from any of the taps, so we could only use the washbasin to wash our hands. Can you imagine? I had a very bad experience. Don't go there.
