I stayed for two days, and no cleaning staff came by or changed the bedsheets and pillow covers, even after I told reception. They were dirty, and I got a skin infection. The staff’s behavior was poor, and the service quality was very bad.

I couldn’t sleep through the night because of mosquitoes and rats, which I recorded in an attached video. There was no water in the room for bathing or anything else, and the room was unhygienic with a very bad smell in the washroom. For what they charge, the service fell short. It was a miserable stay and ruined my whole night. I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Worst hotel I’ve ever visited.

The room didn’t even have a proper lock, and they never gave us the complimentary breakfast. The glasses and washroom were dirty, and the linen was filthy when we arrived. The bed was oddly put together, with the support and mattress badly out of alignment. The hotel was nothing like the pictures on OYO, which was really disappointing.

The bathroom was unhygienic, and the room service phone line was disconnected from the room. Around 90% of the rooms were vacant, which made it seem like nobody wanted to stay there. I wouldn’t recommend booking a room.

The rooms smelled, and the place was very unhygienic. Staff didn’t respond when I needed anything. One of the worst hotels you’ll find in Delhi. I wish there were a rating below one star.
