The reception experience was just as bad as the missing basics. Mr. Rana first said everything was available, then changed his story and said they couldn't provide the items because every room was booked. His manner was rude and unprofessional. There were no hand towels, dental kit, or slippers in our room, and we found a cockroach in an eatable item. That was disturbing and unhygienic. Service like this is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise people to avoid this hotel if they expect basic amenities and respectful treatment.

I stayed here before, gave it 4 stars 6 years ago, and I'd give it the same rating in Dec 2025. The stay was hassle-free, the rooms were clean, and the food tasted decent. Everything about the hotel was good. One thing I'd really like them to add is an evening buffet. I think it would help them.

Food was good, and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is also conveniently close to the railway and bus stations, with good connectivity. Still, they didn't provide toiletries, slippers, a hand towel, or a dental kit. The experience was good overall, but if they're charging a high room rate, they should include those facilities.

The restaurant ACs were all faulty, and not a single one was running normally. I wouldn't choose this place, and I wouldn't plan an occasion here. GM Sunil wasn't willing to speak with us, even though he knew the restaurant AC wasn't working.

The location worked really well for my commute and work, and I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were well maintained, and the staff were very helpful. Service and comfort felt like a 5-star experience. ☺️👌
