I was totally disappointed with my stay at Aarti International Hotel, Gandhidham. At checkout they added unexpected extra charges for things that were already included in my booking. When I asked why, the staff acted as if it was perfectly normal. The lack of transparency and their attitude were really poor, and I never expected this kind of experience.

Everything seemed fine at first at Aarti International Hotel, Gandhidham, but checkout brought unexplained extra charges. I've stayed in a lot of places and never seen such dishonest, unprofessional behavior. If transparency and respect matter to you, avoid this hotel.

We took a room at 5am today and clearly told the GM we'd check out around 7pm or 8pm that evening. He then asked for 2500rs + gst, and after he said he could make it 2400rs, we agreed. But at checkout he asked us to pay for the early morning, saying the two days were already over, and wanted 5000rs.

The rooms weren't good enough to justify the rent, and we had no hot water for 2 days despite making many complaints. A very bad experience.
