I had a confirmed booking, but when I arrived at 1:30 AM the staff said the hotel was overbooked. They left me stranded in the middle of the night to find somewhere else to stay. A confirmation that means nothing is useless. This was completely incompetent and beyond pathetic. If you don't want to be left on the street at 2:00 AM, stay somewhere else. Don't trust their confirmations.

The biggest problem was that, even after repeated requests, the hotel wouldn't give me the original bill. The room wasn't properly cleaned, the washroom was unhygienic, and there was no hot water. Its location is inconvenient too, and the rate isn't worth it. A completely unsatisfactory stay, and I wouldn't recommend this property.

Horrible stay for 4 days. I paid 14k rs, but the AC didn't work, the rooms were very dirty, and nobody cleaned them. The TV was out of order too.

The room service was slow and inefficient, and we waited a long time for requests to be handled. There was no mineral water in the room, which surprised me given the hotel's standards. The TV didn't work, and the blankets were worn out from heavy use. Fresh, clean blankets would have made us more comfortable. Those problems made our stay disappointing. The hotel could give guests a much better experience by improving the room amenities and service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes changes.

Don't stay here. I changed rooms twice, and the bathrooms were leaking in all of them. The room wasn't clean either. The landline and TV didn't work, the AC remote only let me switch it on or off, and I couldn't adjust the temperature. The windows had no locks, so anyone could open them from outside. Staff came into the room without knocking. Room service took 20-25 minutes, and they didn't bring the tissue I asked for. I also asked them to collect the dishes from dinner. They told me to leave them outside, but nobody picked them up before morning.
