The rooms are spacious and well lit, with large windows, and the bathrooms are pristine. Housekeeping came daily and was very efficient. The front desk staff were quite courteous, and the service was quiet. I had a nice, comfortable stay for over a month. Rooms aren’t readily available, so it’s better to book ahead. I really appreciate Ms Samanta at the front desk for her helpful attitude and hospitality. 👍

Krishna was so kind with me and my little child, and his communication was lovely. He did a neat, clean job in housekeeping and gave us really good service. I felt like we were buddies, and I hope we meet again. Ramada, thank you for hiring such a lovely team member. I’d love to see more people like Krishna there. ❤️😅😁✨

Krishna from housekeeping was quick to respond and gave good service. He knows how to speak respectfully with everyone, and I really appreciated his communication. The hotel was neat and clean, and the service was fast. Ramada is one of the best hotels. Thanks for having a good team member like Krishna. ❤️🙌✨

I was disappointed, especially by the front desk. When I asked Abdullah to check whether a room with a king-size bed was available, he spoke rudely and needs training to be more patient. There was no weekday buffet either. I didn’t expect this kind of experience from a branded chain like Ramada.

Krishna in housekeeping did a lovely job, keeping things neat and clean, and he communicated really well with me and my friends. Thanks so much, Krishna, for the good service. Ramada, I’d like you to hire more team members like him. 💗🙌
