Check the room before booking. My relative had to remind staff again and again to clean it, and there were visible spider webs. Room hygiene was poor, which isn't acceptable for a hotel claiming high standards. The food was average at best and didn't live up to the reputation or ratings. It didn't excite the taste buds. Staff were indifferent and extremely uncooperative, with basic hospitality standards missing. I seriously doubt the authenticity of the 5-star ratings. This place fell far short of expectations and didn't offer value or good service. A very disappointing experience. Anyone going there should check their room before booking.

The beds were really comfortable, though the rooms could have been cleaner. CityInn had good, cooperative staff and let us check in early, which made it a bang for our buck. Thanks for hosting us, CityInn. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The price seems to make sense only because the hotel is in a prime location, which suits a short stay. My room was fairly clean, but the bedding was torn and ants kept crawling onto the bed. Other facilities were fine and the staff were good. Breakfast fell well below standard, and checkout time was very inflexible.

We came as a group of 24 and had booked 12 rooms for our two nights and three days. The staff were friendly and very courteous, which was the standout for me. They were especially accommodating with our requests, including an early breakfast. I'll visit again whenever I get the chance.

A nice budget place to rest, with a comfy bed and hot breakfast. The staff were very helpful, and everything went smoothly. We were there for the Coldplay concert, and the stadium was close. Zomato and Swiggy were nearby too.
