Four Points By Sheraton Ahmedabad

The room was well maintained, and the hotel was clean throughout. Its convenient location made it easy to get around, and I found the stay comfortable and good value for money. Service coordination needs work. The staff were courteous, but orders and requests seemed to get mixed up repeatedly. Breakfast arrived cold, I got warm watermelon juice instead of the pineapple juice I'd ordered, and a beverage ordered with dinner never arrived. There was also a mistake on the final bill that had to be corrected. Better attention to detail and coordination would improve the guest experience, but despite these lapses the stay was comfortable and good value.

Our 3-day family stay last week was extremely pleasant. The restaurant, The Eatery, deserves a special mention. Kailash and Kalpesh were kind, humble, and proactive about looking after our food needs. They took such good care of us and have great potential in the hospitality industry. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Ahmedabad.

The team made us feel welcome from the start, especially Ms. Suman and Ms. Tanya, whose hospitality really stood out. Our room was clean and well looked after, and we had a pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Ahmedabad. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable place to stay.

The food is why I gave this stay one star. We booked a package with dinner and breakfast, and also had lunch at the hotel. My wife and I both ended up with heavy bloating and an upset stomach after being served food that seemed stale and made with poor quality ingredients. The cooking was oily and only average in taste, and some desserts had run out before we ate. The menu felt more like a dhaba’s than a four star hotel’s. Breakfast was okay, with mostly fresh Indian food, but the rush and poor management spoiled it. The restaurant staff seemed to be trying, though several other customers appeared to have similar complaints. I wouldn’t recommend staying with family, especially given the food preparation, quality, and hygiene. For the hotel’s reference, I stayed in room 505 on 30th december 2025 on a dinner and breakfast package. I’ve visited other Sheraton or Marriott hotels, and this one felt quite different. The location is near sabarmati riverfront, but the surroundings gave us a poor impression. The room was okay, with no major problem, though it felt a bit suffocating. There was no option to open the window, as is the case in high class hotels.
