Hotel Narayan Inn

The service was very bad, and they charged more than the price already printed. When we asked why, the staff said it was hotel policy. I'm still confused about why they charge so much over the listed price. Very disappointed. If I could give a minus rating, I'd give -100.

The price charged didn't match the quality, and I don't think the stay was worth the money. My room at Hotel Narayan Inn in Dwarka was tiny and hadn't been cleaned properly. The walls were dirty, and there were cockroaches inside, which is unacceptable for hygiene. Basic things were missing too: no dental kit, shower kit, or even electric kettle. Housekeeping and guest service need significant improvement.

The location is a strong point for temple visitors, about a kilometre from the sacred Dwarkadhish temple, and it's a decent budget option. But don't expect service at a 3-star level. The staff were unprofessional and passive when problems came up, which was irritating and wasted time. The rooms are good, though not very spacious. The TVs don't work, and the air conditioners have problems too. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner only, with no breakfast, so you'll need to go about 1 km to another restaurant in the morning. It's below what I expected from a 3-Star hotel. For a family trip and convenience, I'd book somewhere like Regenta - Dwarka instead.
