The staff were consistently friendly, the location in Perumbavoor is handy, and Malabar Village next door served good food. But those positives didn't make up for the room. Lights were out in both the bedroom and toilet, the bed was uneven and made for a bad night's sleep, and the chairs and shelves felt unstable. We also found a dead cockroach on the floor and stained towels. The property feels old and needs serious maintenance and better hygiene.

The rooms were average for the price, but the reception call before booking was the worst part. My wife asked about the rates, and the man first asked if we were a couple. She said yes, meaning two people, and his manner suddenly turned hostile. I didn't have paper copies of my ID, and he said original IDs were mandatory for couples. I asked what if we were married. I'm not objecting to their policy, but the way he spoke to my wife was unacceptable.

The location was a real plus, with excellent food at a nearby 5-star restaurant. Our room was clean and looked after, and the staff were polite. A comfortable stay and an easy experience.

The hotel feels a little dated, but I slept well in a comfortable bed. The AC was quiet and kept the room cool, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. For the price, I thought it was worth it.

After a long day, the quiet atmosphere made it easy to unwind. Our room was clean, roomy, and comfortable, with the essentials provided and a cozy feel inside. Housekeeping was excellent, and the staff made us feel welcome. I'd recommend it for a comfortable, homey stay.
