MVP Colony is a great choice for anyone visiting Vizag, and the rooms and washroom were in very nice condition. The staff were friendly and supportive. They helped arrange a cab to Araku and guided me on a fair price, and also helped me get a two-wheeler rental service available right from the hotel. I’m very pleased with their hospitality and the service overall. Thanks a lot.

Helpful staff, a small parking area for four cars and a few bikes, and a location close to the beach road, though not the beach itself, were the good points. The rest of the basics were disappointing. There was no hot water even after I drained five buckets, though they’d said to drain two. The bath towels looked poorly cleaned, there was no washroom exhaust, and the comforter cover was torn. The TV connection hadn’t been recharged. The dining space is tiny, without enough chairs for everyone, and there wasn’t enough of some breakfast items for all guests. Our stay wasn’t great.

The hotel staff were generous, but Treebo’s policy is terrible. When one of my friends left early because of a medical emergency, they refused to refund anything. They also charged me for a king-sized room but gave me a different type of room instead. Treebo’s policy is dangerous.
