A lizard in the bathroom, dirty rooms, unwashed bedsheets, and broken bathroom doors made this an unforgettable stay for all the wrong reasons. They even have free WiFi that doesn't work. Enjoy that kind of experience? This is the perfect hotel for you.

Someone tried my door handle while I was inside, and there’s no real privacy: you can lock the door from within, but someone outside can still open it. They don’t provide a key or card. The sheets looked unchanged, with other people’s hair on the bed and blanket before I even used them. The room was tiny, dirty, and very expensive, and the washroom was dirty too. No hot water, no hygiene, and no lift. The stairs start on the second floor. I wouldn’t call this safe for families, couples, or even solo travelers. Worst hotel. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I hated my stay and wouldn’t recommend this place. The room was poorly maintained, the bedsheets had stains that made me feel sick, and the bathroom fixtures didn’t work. Staff coordination was bad, and they kept knocking on the door for no reason. On the first day of my booking the tariff was RS 964. When my tour ran longer and I asked to stay another night, the owner changed it to RS 1200 and didn’t give me a bill. The owner seemed cunning and focused on making money. A terrible experience, even by one-star hotel standards.
