OYO 11072 Hotel Kajri Residency

Kajri Hotel wasn't worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful, clean stay. When I raised the problems, staff were slow to respond or not helpful at all. The room was uncomfortable, especially at night, because the air conditioner didn't work. Hygiene was neglected: the floor was dusty, the bedsheets looked used, and the washroom was dirty, smelly, and poorly maintained. A very bad stay.

Please don't trust the photos. The rooms and bathroom were dirty, and there were mice around the room. The worst property.

We came for a conference, and my friend and I had booked two rooms. They said only one was available, promising to arrange another the next day. The room they gave us was awful: water ran down the wall from the ceiling, and half the ceiling was missing, leaving a hole. Reception was the worst, and none of the staff helped with our luggage. No one should have to stay here. Clearly, the positive reviews are fake.

We were two women, and I had told them that. I'd been speaking with them for three days and said I'd arrive at 2 in the morning. But when I got to the hotel, they said they'd given the room to someone else because I'd booked through a third-party app. About as bad as a hotel experience can get.
